 When you contract Daigle Servicing Co. to install your pool, we start the process in the initial meeting by defining the location of your new pool, and outlining the excavation, underground wires and pipes, leveling, sand, electrical, and permitting requirements to properly set the foundation and properly install your new pool.
Once we have outlined these basic steps, we order your pool, and begin excavation where we dig the hole, level and prepare the shape to accommodate your new pool.
When the pool is delivered, we assemble the steel walls components assuring the pool is level and correctly shaped insuring a solid stable fit.
Next cement trucks come in and we pour the 8"x 3' collar on the outside and a 3" thick base in the shallow end which we trowel by hand and install PVC plumbing.
With the base of the shallow end installed, we bring in a sand and portland grout for a deep end base. We hand trowel all the hopper and hang wall foam to buffer the steel from the liner.
Filter system is set up and plumbed.
The liner is then installed removing the air from behind the liner insuring a wrinkle free surface.
The pool is then filled and checked for integrity.
The pool walls are then back filled with dirt (and gravel where required) to secure the installation and prepare for decking and electrical installation.
