Foam on the steel wall of the pool and the shallow end Floor ONLY
Filter System sized to fit the pool (your choice sand or DE, with all necessary water plumbing)
One Ladder and One Hand Rail for the shallow end stair
Complete Vacuum System & Accessories (Pole, Hose, Vac Head, Net, Brush, Test Kit)
Safety Rope & Float
Not Included with the sale: Permit, Patio Deck, Fencing, Landscaping, Electrical, Water to fill Pool.
Possible Extra Charges:
Ground Water/French Drain $500.00 - $800.00
Hauling Fill Hauling fill off site is not included in the sale price of the job. Charges range from $125.00 to $250.00 depending on distance between job and dump site. (Customer is responsible for any and all hauling charges and is responsible for finding a dump site).
Ledge In the event we hit ledge, the excavator will supply us with an estimate for the total cost to complete the job. This estimate will include all necessary extra digging, blasting, base material, backfill material, and hauling to complete the job. (Customer must approve quote to continue) All extras pertaining to the ledge job are paid directly to the excavator. |
